Thank you once again Annie for arranging to have mum brought back to West Byfleet for her funeral so that all her friends could attend, also thanks for help with booking the church and everything else especially in speaking to the council about the grave and the paperwork!

I wanted to write to thank you and your staff for all your help in arranging my father’s funeral, especially Annie in the branch.  You were all very caring and professional and this made a very difficult time, much easier for me and my family.

Thank you and the masons so much, the memorial is fantastic, better than we thought it would be and we are just so happy that you have been able to do it for us ahead of schedule.  The photo plaque is wonderful it all looks so good.  We will be taking all our relatives who are coming over for Christmas there to see it, I know that they will be pleased.  Our thanks again.

Dear Annie, This is to say thank you for all the care and help you gave us, leading up to the funeral.  Your kindness, compassion and efficiency was hugely appreciated – you made a difficult situation more bearable.  Your suggestions of Charlie to officiate the service, and Cliff to create the order of service, were inspired – both Charlie and Cliff were wonderful.  Please pass on our thanks to Keith and the other attendants at the actual funeral – they could not have been kinder or more professional, the cars looked lovely, and the whole funeral procession was faultless; ******** would have been so proud and grateful for such a wonderful service.  We can’t thank you enough

Thank you Annie for organising everything for us, getting Cliff to come in while we were there with you to sort out an Order of service for us which turned out beautifully, and for finding us a lovely minister to take the service (with all his calls and emails to us as we could not meet).  The service went really well and we enjoyed the music!  Please thank all the staff for us for making it all go so well.
