It all went very well and we were very lucky with the weather. Thanks for all that you and Neil did and thank your men who were very professional and helpful. Cliff did a really good job on the orders of service and I have brought one in for you. The flowers were also excellent and we left them all there and we are just going to take some photos of them now before the rabbits eat them.

Mum and I would just like to say a HUGE thank you for EVERYTHING you did in sorting out the funeral for us. It was a beautiful service, your colleague Keith was lovely and very helpful on the day, your bearers were incredibly professional in guiding the coffin carriers and the WHOLE ceremony couldn’t have run more smoothly.

Lastly a HUGE thank you to Annie. I couldn’t have helped mum without your guidance and I will never forget all your support.

Dear Annie, We would all like to say a big thank you for helping us with the arrangements for the funeral, it all went off very well.  Our friend Reverend Canon David Reindorp who took the service for us remarked to me that he is used to presiding over big important funerals at Chelsea Old Church and has seen many funeral directors and staff but the Lodge Brothers men were excellent, he was very impressed with them. Please pass on my thanks to them all.

Dear Annie, I just wanted to say thank you for all the very valuable assistance you gave me during the very difficult time following Dad’s passing and for your patience and kindness when I visited to make the initial arrangements and again when I visited Dad in the Chapel of Rest.  The funeral went very well indeed.  It all went seamlessly and like clockwork from start to finish and the staff of Lodge Bros, could not have been more helpful or considerate.  You provided a thoroughly professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Bros.

Thank you Annie for your help with all the arrangements, it went off really well and Reverend David Netherwood was so nice and having the Church of Scotland prayers would have meant a lot to ******, he would have liked that.

Thank you for organising everything, bringing my grandmother back from Stratford and making all the arrangements for the church service and the burial.  The Tenor Richard Robbins who you found for us was very good he was very young but had a great voice and we needed him as there were not a lot of us! We will be calling you in a few months time to sort out the additional inscription on the headstone once we can all agree on it.

I would just like to say that you were such a help with sorting the arrangements out for us.  It was a super service and your men did a great job 120% !  We were all very happy with the way it turned out, couldn’t have been better.

It all went very well and it was a beautiful service, the minister spoke very well about **** and he made the service very personal. Your men were very professional and kind and the music was just right.  Thank you Annie for all your help.

Thank you Annie for all you did, it all went off beautifully. Linda was so professional and it looked wonderful when she and the men walked down the road in front of the hearse to the church to take **** in the for prayers and his overnight there.  She was so kind and respectful.  Our boys were very proud to carry their father into church and the service yesterday was very moving.  Thank everyone for me.
