Dear Annie, Thank you for everything you have done to make our mothers funeral go smoothly. Your team at Lodge Brothers was excellent, yet again, so please pass on thanks to everyone from the family.

Dear Annie, The love and care you showed to my mother meant the world to me.  Thank you also for the support you gave me.  The funeral service was wonderful, mum would have loved it, please thank Andrew for all that he did.  He and the staff were so good, dignified, quiet and unobtrusive, Andrew really looked after us.

Paul and the team were excellent on the day, Paul came to the house and introduced himself and had a chat with us about the arrangements, we then got in the car and he walked in front of the cars the length of the road, quite something! Everything went well at the church and also at the schoolhouse with champagne to drink to*****, Paul told us when he would be back and he came back on the dot and we went to the crematorium for the short service with Reverend Aiken and we were then taken home, it all went very well.  I received a letter from Woking Hospice thanking me for the flowers that Paul took there after the funeral, it was such a good idea and a lovely letter.  I would like to thank you too Annie for all your help with the arrangements, it all went so well.

Thank you and all your colleagues for your help. The arrangements for the day were ideal and the service was greatly appreciated.

Dear Annie, Hope you’re well. Just wanted to thank you so much for all your lovely help and company while arranging Mum’s funeral.  Your team were delightful too.

Annie, Thank you so much for helping and advising me on ***’s memorial and knowing what would look right, its wonderful, much better than I ever expected!  Please thank the stonemasons and tell them how pleased I am with it, it could not have been better, its perfect.

I have not been to see the memorial yet but my wife has and she says that it is very good and the carved painted flowers look very good. Thank you so much for all your help.
