James, thank you so much for all you did for D**** and his family yesterday. You were the soul of tact, consideration and discretion, and it was a pleasure to meet you. Jo, your kindness, understanding and professionalism were much appreciated at this difficult time.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for all the arrangements for Dad’s funeral yesterday.  The men on the day were impeccable, and we could not have asked for more.  Mum was so pleased and we were both sure that Dad would have been very happy to have had such a good send off.
