Dear Jo, Thank you for all the professional and personal care you took with P***’s funeral which took place on Wednesday 22nd February. You helped his niece and I through a difficult time when everything was strange to us, in a friendly, caring and professional way. Your staff on the day were so respectful, gentle and professional from the phone call the day before from Xenos to introduce himself, to all they did on the day. You were right when you said it would all come together, which it did perfectly. I know they are doing this on a daily basis but they helped to make it feel so personal and unique, which is exactly what each funeral is, and should be.
