Dear Angela, On behalf of the family, I would like to thank you for the service we received from yourself and your company in connection with the funeral of my aunt.  Without exception, everyone concerned was polite, helpful, thoughtful and respectful.  It was a very sad occasion for many of the family and – especially at the cemetery – your personnel were quite exceptional.  The family is most appreciative and many asked me to pass on their thanks.  My wife and I are particularly grateful as we were involved from the start and know how far you went to make things easier for us all.  Many thanks again.  Our best wishes to yourself and Mia.

Dear Mr Lodge, I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am to Mia and her team at your Sunbury Branch for being so caring and professional throughout, when arranging my parent’s funerals.  I was absolutely devastated at losing both parents within a few weeks of each other and having to arrange a joint funeral  but Mia was a wonderful support and guided me through everything.  On the day, the funeral directors dealt with everything with such care, dignity and respect and it was a day that I look back on and draw great comfort from.

Dear Mia, Richard and colleagues, very many thanks to you all for your support over the past month or so.  It has been a very difficult time for all the family but your professionalism throughout made it easier, from the minute I walked into your office to tell you about *****’s illness, until I came to collect his ashes.

Thank you so much for all you did to make our Dad’s funeral run so smoothly, especially Mia and Richard, you were so warm and friendly and Richard, our relatives also commented on how lovely you were.

Dear “All”,

We write to thank you for the beautiful and dignified way in which you conducted the funeral at Mortlake Crematorium.

All the members of staff with whom we have had contact have been most friendly and helpful, this made for a very happy occasion for us as we bade Farewell to ****, a much loved relative and friend.

I have never before been offered a flower from the floral tribute, and to me, that is one thing that I shall always remember, as we each walked away with a white or yellow rose, **** would have loved it. Thank you to you all.

Dear Mia, My apologies for taking this long to write to you, I just wanted to thank you and all the staff at Lodge Brothers for the great care you took in all aspects of my late Mother’s funeral.

Your staff who collected my Mother from her home showed great respect and dignity towards her, which was of enormous comfort to my Father.

In the same way on the day of the funeral your staff were very caring and totally professional on a very emotional day. I would appreciate it if you could pass my thanks onto them all.

Thank you so much for the lovely Remembrance Service at St Mary’s Church. It was beautiful, touching & memorable.  I shall remember the music, lighting of candles and having my husbands name read out forever.

Dear Mia and all the team, I should like to thank you and all the team for a beautiful and moving Remembrance Service.  It was a lovely service and not at all sad. As Vicky said, more of a celebration of their lives and a chance to recall fond memories of those we love.  You have my heartfelt thanks.
