Just to say thank you (once again) for your very professional service for the funeral of my uncle.

Quentin was very professional whilst being kind and sensitive and respectful, thank you to him & his team.

Mia was lovely to deal with, I am not easy at the best of times!, thank you.

And for putting us in contact with Rosemary Taylorson, Humanist Celebrant, she was very helpful and thoroughly professional again whilst being kind and sensitive, she did a marvellous job.

I know my sister spoke to you, but I would like to add my own appreciation of the excellent care and attention that we received from every single person from Lodge Bros. that we had dealings with before, during and after Mum’s funeral. You all contributed so much to making a very difficult and sad time that much more manageable and this is something that we will always remember and be grateful for.

I’d like to say a big thank you for helping us organise a wonderful send off for our Mum.  You made what is a very difficult time as pleasant as it could be, exuding compassion and clear guidance, from our first meeting, through sorting out all the important details, to the day itself.  Please pass on my thanks to Richard and his team, who were friendly and professional in equal measure, helping create just the right atmosphere on the day, which could not have gone better.  And the sun shone!

 I just wanted to say a big heartfelt thank you for everything you have done for me over the last 11 months. You have been amazingly supportive and helped me so much in trying to get through a very dark time. I am so grateful that I was able to sit with my fiance anytime I needed to. Your empathy and understanding of how difficult it has been, has been outstanding.

My fiance has now been laid to rest, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you’ve done.
