I feel I must write to you regarding Funeral Arranger, Mia Taylor From my very first tentative enquiry, Mia immediately made me feel at ease and offered helpful and caring advice even though my mother hand not passed at that time.I knew it was not far away and that I had to seek advice. However, it was not long before I had to call her from my mother’s house to say that she had passed away. Mia immediately took me through what needed to be done and what would happen. Following the conclusion of the police and coroner’s investigations, Mia then arranged for my mother to be taken to your chapel at Brentford, talking me through who from Lodge Brothers would come and what they would do. The extremely polite and lovely Bradley and Dave duly arrived. Upon the visit to Mia by myself and my sister to make the funeral arrangements, Mia was kindness itself and in our minds went the extra mile in having a member of your staff check that my sister could get up to the lecturn at the crematorium and that the microphone could be lowered, as she is disabled.

I could go on and on but both my sister and I would like to express our sincere thanks to Mia for all she did for us, nothing was too much trouble. Also on the day of the funeral, Quentin and the other gentlemen were again kindness itself. So in conclusion, thank you Lodge Brothers and staff for making a difficult days as stress free and easy as you could, and did.

Apparently the staff at the crematorium were somewhat “taken aback” and on tenterhooks because of you eminent presence! Dear Mr. Edgington & Staff, My sister & I attended the Christmas Remembrance Service on Sunday and would like to thank all of those involved on this very special occasion.  Our mum died in March 2011 and this was the first time we have been free to attend.  We found the service so uplifting and moving at the same time. We were unable to stay for the mulled wine etc. (unfortunately!!) but really enjoyed the service.  We really hope to be invited back next year, and once again would like to thank all of you so much for a wonderful afternoon.

To all the people that helped us get through this sad day.  We would like to thank everyone involved in *****’s Day. It was a really sad day but could not have had a better team of people who helped us through this most difficult time.  You all made this sad day run smooth and very special.  ***** would have loved the horses

Dear Mia, We have just arrived back home a short while ago, shattered but with such a warm sense of relief and comfort at how well everything went due in no small part to the efforts of you Mia and all the Lodge Brothers Team and dear Malcolm did a beautiful service.  I received many comments at the pub about how they enjoyed the service which they found both moving and uplifting and was entirely due to the sympathetic and kind way in which everything was conducted.  I thank you and Malcolm profoundly and from the bottom of my heart for making *****’s send off such a lovely memory for me to treasure always.
