Dear Mia, I want to thank you and your colleagues for being so professional and caring throughout a very difficult time.  I guess most would assume if you are doing this type of job you would be, but that’s not always the case, so I am relieved I chose you and are grateful for your commitment to the job in hand.  I would also like to pass on my thanks to Reg and his team of men that really took care of mum and us.

Dear Mia, I just wanted to follow up with you and thank you personally for all your help and assistance over the last 2 difficult weeks.  You really helped me in many ways, not just practical and I thank you so much for that.  The team were excellent and everything went very smoothly, please pass on my gratitude to them.

Dear Mia, Thank you so much for organising Mum’s funeral and Dad’s two years before.  You made a difficult time so very much easier and we really appreciate that.  A big thanks also to Duncan and the rest of you team.

Just wanted to drop a line and thank your lovely ladies in the Sunbury office for all they did to assist with the funeral of my father, they looked after him and us and we are really grateful.  Malcolm who conducted the service did an amazing job and made it feel like he really knew dad.  Thank you to all concerned.

Can I take this opportunity to say a very big thank you for all your help and advice and very courteous and sympathetic approach to everything.  As for us and most people, a very difficult and daunting time, so on behalf of all our family, a big thank you.  Thank you for your offer of assistance if needed at any time, will bear that in mind. I am writing so say a very big thank you to your staff (Especially Mia and Quentin) for making the funeral for my dad very special.  Mia was exceptionally courteous and respectful in helping us with the arrangements and with mum and myself saying goodbye to Dad in the Chapel of Rest. She made everything much easier for us.  Quentin was wonderful on the funeral day, he made us all feel calm and made the day less worrying for us all. The drivers were very nice, making us all feel at ease and made the whole experience go as we had planned and made Dad’s send off, that much better.  Please thank all your staff and thank you for making everything so wonderful for us.

Dear Mia, Just a short note to thank you for the care and understanding in handling my late husband’s funeral.  He would have been pleased that during such a hard and difficult time we met such nice people and that he was taken care of with such dignity.  Thank you once again.

Dear Mia, Thank you so much for your care and attention over the last week, especially as regards to the order of service! I would have felt so awful, had you not spotted the error.  The day went very well, mum would have been chuffed by it all.
