I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the way you handled my Mum’s funeral and then the organisation of the memorial stone.  Without exception, everyone I have dealt with at Lodge Brothers has been very professional, helpful and understanding and showed a real empathy during such a difficult time.  I would like to thank Lindsay in Shepperton and the team who took care of us and Mum on the day of her funeral, everything went to plan, it was a perfect send off without a single thing for me to worry about on the day.  A special thank you to Lyn Brown in Ashford for being so very understanding with regard to the memorial work and helping me come to a perfect solution.  Thank you to the stonemasons for the lovely job they did with Mum’s memorial stone creation and engraving.  When I saw it I was very moved by how perfect it looked and also how neat and tidy the surrounding area had been left.

Dear Lindsay & Julie, We can’t thank you enough for all you have done for us at this very difficult time.  You handled everything with ease and made us feel secure.  With all the obstacles that came our way, we did our Mum proud.
