Dear Lindsay,
I just wanted to write and say a big thank you for all your help in arranging Mum’s funeral. I really can’t thank you enough for literally holding my hand through everything, your kindness and professionalism was truly appreciated during these very challenging times. When Mum passed away I thought it would be impossible to have a lovely funeral for her but with your help we managed it. I would also like to thank Robert for getting us through the day, his guidance and reassurance were just what I and the rest of the family needed. Again it was truly appreciated.

Dear Lodge Brothers.
Our mum sadly passed away on the 13th December 2019 from lung cancer. Mum wanted Lodge Brothers to arrange everything. The two men that came were amazing and so, so kind. Mum would’ve loved two men carrying her.  Lindsay was one of the nicest ladies we had ever met.  She looked after mum so well, since her death. She phoned the day before chapel of rest to say mum looked lovely. When we saw mum, she held her hand and made us feel so comfortable, she was there all the way through. Lindsay is a one off, she is caring & special.
As a family we couldn’t have wished for anyone else. She phoned a week after the funeral and said she has mum’s ashes and she is looking after her. Mum would have loved her. She would say she’s just my cup of tea.
If anyone has to go through the sadness and grieve that we’ve been through, please go to Lindsay, she really is amazing. Without her it wouldn’t have been so beautiful. All of the team including Keith & Peter in the car, they helped us all the way. The driver was so professional, they stopped the traffic so we could all be together.
They never rushed us, we could take our time with everything. They helped my husband get into the car as he has MS. They were so caring. Lastly we would like to say a massive thank you for giving mum the best treatment. We as a family are forever grateful for what you’ve done, especially Lindsay.

I would like to thank everyone involved in my father’s funeral. Everyone from Lodge Brothers was fantastic from the booking right through to the funeral.
I found them very professional and very helpful, especially when it came to my mum as she suffers with dementia. I really cannot praise or thank you enough.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help arranging Dad’s funeral. I know it’s your job but you made a horrible time for us easier. Your care and consideration towards not only us but to Dad too, anytime we had a question concerning the arrangements you answered quickly which really helped us to know it was all being handled and we weren’t forgotten.
You are caring, considerate and professional and you’ve got a heart of gold, you have been such a help to me personally, you always have the right words to help comfort me. I will miss our conversations as I always felt better after talking to you.

I must say thank you for your expertise in conducting the funeral for my wife. I am so grateful for your instruction at my house and for the professional and dignified way you walked from my house, it lifted my heart on this sad occasion.

I would like to thank Lindsay for once again guiding me through the arrangements for my Mother’s funeral. Lodge Brothers, Shepperton arranged my father’s funeral in July 2016. My daughter Nicole and I appreciated her professional assistance and compassionship. The funeral was beautiful and very fitting.
