Dear Andrew (Lodge) Just a brief and sadly inadequate letter to thank you and your team for the wonderful support, advice and professionalism you gave me as well as the rest of the family throughout the arrangements and execution of my father’s funeral.  Your team at Shepperton not only dealt with our original funeral plans but were completely unfazed by completely new instructions including a burial service away from your normal area of operations.  They performed at all times very professionally, helpfully and practically, with kindness and appropriate humour.  Thanks too for your own part in both funeral and burial services, we were very impressed by your reconnoitring of St Nicholas Church, Itchingfield, not to mention the calm, professional and helpful way in which you dealt with every part of both services and for which particular thanks.  I am sure you founders and predecessors would be justifiably proud of today’s Company.

Please find enclosed the balance of payment for the memorial work carried out to my Father’s resting place at Shepperton Cemetery.  The pictures you sent by email were uplifting showing the completed job; I visited the site this morning and am delighted with the high standard to of the completed works.  I look forward to taking my Mother to see the site next week.

Dear Lindsay, Kate, Conductor and his team, We just want to thank you again most sincerely for all your organisation and your caring support over the last few weeks, after the loss of our dear Dad.  Thank you also for having the idea, Lindsay, of using the beautiful little chapel in the Cemetery.  It was a perfect send off for Dad, emotional but a celebration of his life, too.  Please pass on our gratitude to the Conductor and his team for his professional and smooth running of everything on the day.
