I visited Sunbury Cemetery at the weekend and saw for myself the refurbished memorial with the name of my wife added to those of her children. I was very pleased with its appearance. My thanks to all concerned for a job well done.

On the day, Quentin and all his colleagues were outstanding and guided us though everything meticulously. We thank you all very much for dealing with what is an extremely difficult time and making it as easy as possible in the circumstances.

The whole funeral service from you was simply brilliant. The tone of the service was just right, joyful and uplifting. Richard Leachman your Director was excellent and everything went so smoothly. All our worries were dispelled, the chapel at Staines cemetery was perfect with the music, service sheets, flowers and online donations with little photo of dad. Thank you again.

I would like to thank Linday and Kate for all their help in arranging my uncle’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a professional and kindly manner. You are both a credit to Lodge Brothers and your profession. I would also like to thank Richard and his men who also acted professionally. This was remarked to me on the day by some of the guests.

When my father passed away my sister and I had no idea what to do.  We knew our family had always used your services and spoke highly of you, so we contacted your Duty Officer, who right from the start was ever so helpful.  Later that day I contacted your Shepperton office to make an appointment.  At the appointment the lady was so caring and understanding and clearly explained everything that would happen and what we needed to do.  Over the next few days your Shepperton team were so professional with us. When we visited the chapel, again we were treated with the greatest respect, as was our Father.  On the day of the funeral your team were so professional, gently guiding us through each step.  They even made provisions for the specialist taxi that we had booked for my Mother and guided the driver through each stage.  The day was flawless thanks to your organization from our first meeting.  Our Father would have been so proud of the way the day went.  I know now why our family have always spoken so highly of you.  Thank you for making such a sad day run so smoothly.  You really thought of everything.  We cannot thank you enough for helping our Father pass over so smoothly.
