Dear Lindsay
I am writing to thank you personally for all the care and kindness you have shown me and my family in arranging the funeral of my J**, you have been there for us all the way and provided much needed help from start to finish. Everything has been carried out in the most professional and sensitive way. You also provided a very peaceful and calm atmosphere in the Chapel of Rest which was lovely and flowers here were beautiful.
I would also like to thank Richard for taking the trouble to come to the house prior to the funeral to tell us of a problem at the crematorium. In the end of the service Richard explained that the problem had been solved, so all was well.

Your drivers and bearers were also caring and professional and I want to thank you all for everything you have done for us.

I would like to thank all staff involved in arranging Mum’s funeral, especially Victoria and Lindsay for their help and guidance. Please also pass on my thanks to Adrian and the staff who looked after us on the day. Everyone has been most complimentary about the day and their professionalism shone through.

Dear Lindsay, Thank you so much for all your help, support and kindness you have shown our family. Your calmness, sensitivity and humour have helped us through the very difficult times of our father’s passing in December and our mother’s passing in August.

You have all made us feel they were in safe hands and gave us the confidence that everything was taken care of. Once again thank you
