Everything went so smoothly and calmly on Wednesday. The conductor, drivers and pallbearers were so professional and caring. Thank you so much Lindsay for your care and kindness.

We just wanted to write to say thank you again for all your help with arrangements for Mum’s funeral. Absolutely everything was handled with great care, respect and dignity, and we can’t put into words how grateful we are for the compassionate professionalism shown to us and to Mum’s memory every step of the way.
The chauffeur team couldn’t have been kinder, or more courteous. Their whole demeanour was just perfect.
The florists did a wonderful job with glorious floral decorations on the casket which Mum had chosen and she would have been thrilled. We took the top display on to the hospice the following day, where we know the beautiful display will have been very much enjoyed.
Thank you too for the return of Mum’s ring, and for the speedy delivery of her ashes.
Mum would have been very pleased with everything, and so were we. Thank you from all Mum’s family and friends for everything which you and your team did to ensure that a very difficult day was turned into a memory which we will cherish.

The day I had been dreading turned into an upbeat day of celebration of my Mother’s life, we were surrounded by flowers and fond memories. Kate at the Shepperton branch has been so good at keeping me up to speed with everything along the way. Keith and his colleagues were wonderful.
Thank you again for the part you played in my Mother getting her wishes and being buried with my father and my grandmother.
