Dear Penny, Just to say a big Thank You to Lodge Bros for helping us arrange yesterdays funeral. Monica, yourself, Martin Shaw, all the other personnel who came with us to the Crematorium, Steve from Redeye and his team, were really so helpful, respectful and understanding.

Jim was brilliant. He was so courteous and exuded compassion with the family. He was just right and absolutely brilliant.  He explained everything to the parents and went through it all with just the right manner and I was thoroughly impressed with how he conducted himself towards them. He was perfect.

Dear Monica, I would like to thank you for all your help in arranging my mother’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and all the arrangements went very smoothly. On the day, Reg our Conductor was very kind and he helped us through a difficult time.
