I felt I had to phone and let you how thrilled I am with the memorial work that you have done, I have just received in the post the photo of how it looks, I cannot thank you enough it’s a wonderful job that has been done, and I can’t wait to come and visit the cemetery so I can see just how fabulous it looks.

Dear Jackie, Thank you so very much for all of your help arranging dad’s funeral, being able to call you or email you has been so helpful, you sorted out all our changes to the service as mum was getting so anxious, you calmed the situation without any fuss, we felt in safe hands all the way though, thank you again Jackie you made it so easy for us.

Dear Jackie, Many thanks for all of your help. You were the linchpin for the entire funeral. If it had not been for my contact with you, I would not of had the other contacts….. I remember little of that day, I am sure that will change as time flows, but I do recall the calmness that Duncan exuded, it was very helpful. It has been my great fortune to have selected Lodge Brothers to handle the funeral arrangements of my late partner, and I wish to record my appreciation for making what was a very difficult journey for me more bearable.  My particular thanks goes to Jackie at the Hounslow branch and to the gentlemen who came to my house on the day, and in the kindest way told me he was not leaving for the church until I was in the car. Such a strange time when I reflect. Thank you once again for all your help and for the very dignified way in which my late partner’s funeral was conducted
