Dear Jackie,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all that you have done, all the way through you have been so understanding and helped us through this difficult time. On the day of the service we could only have 10 people so we had the webcast so people could watch the service. We have had quite a few people who were watching say how respectful and gentle the men were, the way they handled the coffin the respect they showed bowing to the coffin , we did not really notice on the day, but when we later watched the webcast we could see what our family and friends saw, could you please say thank you to all the men from us as well, you all made the day quite special.

We are forever grateful for your support and guidance at the sudden loss of our mother in this time of a serious global virus. It was a comfort that Lodge Brothers showed such professionalism and care throughout the whole process in non-normal times. She would have been smiling, the sun shone, Father Francis was heaven sent and the flowers were lovely. We ended with a few shots of rumto toast our Mum and Dad being reunited from 1949 to 2020.

We’d like to say many thanks for the excellent service throughout my Grandma’s funeral and preparations beforehand. It made this time for us easier knowing and trusting everything was in order. The whole family was very happy with the final day we were able to remember our Grandma by.

I would like to say how nicely and discreetly the proceedings were handled, and also how sensitively your celebrant conducted the service. On behalf of myself my wife and daughter, a big thank you.
