day or night
Dearest Jackie,
What can I say apart from Thank You so very much for arranging Dad’s service, it was everything he would have loved, you have made everything seamless and uncomplicated from the very first day. You put us at ease from day one. Your manner is so warm, friendly and yet totally professional at all times, Dad would’ve loved you, as we now do, thank you again from all the family.
Jackie,
I just wanted to thank you for your care throughout the whole process. From the first call to today’s funeral.. your guiding hand has steered us through completely without incident. J*** would have loved your zest for getting the detail spot on.. but also would have applauded the elegance with which you dealt with the whole process. Sadly I have been to a few funerals, but you have a way of putting people at ease – bravo!
Please will you pass on my thanks to Kevan who also was spot on today. What a lovely man.
I would like to say a special thank you to Debbie, Sharon and Kevan who arranged and conducted the funeral for my Dad. You could not have been more considerate, kind and professional if you tried.
I could tell you all genuinely cared and that made the world of difference
I am writing to say how impressed I was with Lodge Brothers when they conducted my late uncle’s funeral, from the first phone call, the visit to the branch in Hounslow followed by the service itself, I could not find fault with anything they did.
The conditions of the vehicles were immaculate and fit for royalty. Floral tributes were absolutely stunning, I know my late uncle would have been so proud to see something like this for him.
On the day of the funeral the conductor Paul Britton Jones and the funeral crew were all spot on, they made sure two elderly passengers were helped across a busy road, into and out of the car at all times.
I’m a great believer in telling others when a company goes that extra mile and far beyond the call of duty, in such a stressful and emotional time Lodge Brothers excelled themselves.
Hi Bernice/Jacqui,
Just wanted to say thank you for the most efficient, respectful and beautiful funeral for my late father In law. My mother in law has said it was beautiful and that’s generally very high praise. Thank you for all of your hard work that contributed to his wonderful send off.
Dear Jackie,
Just a few words to say thank you to you and all at Lodge Brothers. The service today went very well, even though there were only a few of us there, we felt as a family you cared about giving D a good send off, and the celebrant Benn, was really good. Even my husband said he liked the service, which is high praise indeed, thank you all again!
Dear Jackie, a
As a family we just wanted to say thank you so much for all you have done during the week in the run up to our fathers funeral, you have been superb, you have looked after us all and helped us through such a difficult time. We have never had to do anything like this before, and it has been made easier by your calming and caring attitude towards everything you do, nothing seems to be too much trouble at all. We felt so looked after, thank you so much again.
Jackie,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you again for another wonderful service, you have now done 5 funerals for our family, and we would not go anywhere else, even though it means travelling from wales to see you, we will only ever use you at Lodge Brothers as we know how you look after us all, we know our loved ones are in safe hands, thanks again.
Dear Jackie,
I just wanted to express my thanks and admiration for the way my mother’s funeral was conducted. It was exactly as she would have wished, so dignified in quite difficult circumstances.
We were all so impressed by the attention to detail and consideration offered at every stage, it was a very individual service, and the patience and perseverance and reverence of the gentlemen on your team was much appreciated, many thanks to you all.
Jackie, many thanks to you Kevan and all that made my dad’s funeral such a nice send off, it was strangely a very lovely and relaxing day, just like my dad himself.
