Dear Carol, Just to add my grateful thanks for all you did to smooth the passing of *******.  It was a pity to meet you again so soon, but I’m sure that ******* would have been pleased with the kind consideration you gave us all.  Would you also pass on our admiration to Quentin and the team who remained unflappable on the day and eased us through the crematorium service.  The support you gave us was comforting, although I am sure this was due in part to the excellent support you get from the back-room staff.

To Carol and the Lodge Brothers Staff, Thank you so much for your kindness and care at looking after our dear *******.  You do a wonderful job and a very nice service which made it easier for our very sad day.  Once again many thanks.

I would just like to thank everyone at lodge bros for my mums funeral, all of the staff were just brilliant on the day and not forgetting Carol who looked after us all through a very sad couple of weeks she was just fantastic.
