I would like to thank you for the service you provided myself, my family and friends at this sad time.
My first thought and thanks must go to Jo, who was kind, thoughtful and more than helpful, I found in such a short time Jo was like a friend, even when calling she straight away knew it was me and always made me feel totally at ease. Jo helped my wife and I organise everything we needed to and more, her advice was greatly appreciated as sadly this was my first time dealing with such a matter. On behalf of all my family and friends we would say thank you Jo, you are a true professional and a genuinely kind thoughtful lady.
I would also like to thank all the gentlemen who provided the hearse and safe delivery of my mum to the chapel, they were all just fantastic, friendly and made this sad occasion so much easier to deal with. You are all true Gentlemen. You gave my mum a respectful send off which we will treasure.

Jo, thank you for your kindness when we came to the chapel of rest to see my husband. You looked after my mum and I and made sure we were comfortable with everything. And thank you to Susan who helped us with the organisation and planning.

Can I say what a tremendous job you did, especially when the minister fell ill at the last moment, the replacement you arranged was very good. Thank you for letting us come to your branch before the funeral took place and recover from a long journey. Your cups of tea were just the job.
