Dear Helen, I wanted to say thank you for making everything go so smoothly for ******’s funeral.  Everything was perfect.  Thank you for all that you did to make it go so well.  And please thank Richard and the men on the day.  We all thought Richard was wonderful, he was exactly right for us and so very kind and helpful.  And the men were brilliant too, so unobtrusive and yet always exactly where they should be.  Thank you again for everything.  We cannot praise Lodge Brothers high enough and I have already recommended you to another friend.

Dear Helen, Thank you for all your help in arranging the funeral of my husband.  Thank you also for the way in which you dealt and spoke to me.  Your calmness and empathy shone through every time we spoke.  Could you also say a huge thank you to the boys who drove the limousines, Simon and Gary, they were wonderful.  And thanks in particular to Adrian who was so kind.  Together you all made a difficult time a little easier.
