Dear Kate,
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you and your colleagues for the wonderful service and care provided for Mum at her funeral yesterday.
Everyone agreed the cane basket was so beautiful, exactly what Mum would have chosen and deserved.
Taking her to Sunrise for the staff there to say farewell was very touching and we are sure Mum would have been very happy leaving from her last home.

We wanted to pass on our most heartfelt, sincere thanks for all your time, effort and assistance in ensuring that Mr G’s funeral was the respectful, dignified ceremony that we had hoped for. Many of the guests/mourners are used to traditional services and burials in Spain, but even they found comfort on the day.

Thank you very much for the kindness and support you gave us on the sad loss of our Aunt. The family were very impressed with Xenos as he introduced himself and the gentlemen looking after them on the day of the service, something they had never experienced before.

Myself and the whole family were so happy with everything you have done for us, it’s been amazing. Your guidance, support and kindness, and the conductor Keith on the day was so caring and gentle in leading us through the day. I was only speaking to a friend this morning who mentioned that her Mother’s funeral had been arranged by Lodge Brothers, just last year,  and the service she had received was also wonderful. Thank you so much for all you have done.

A huge thank you to the arranger, men and celebrant for my late Great Uncle’s funeral.  Nothing seemed too much trouble for anyone. He would have loved it.

We would like to thank you all for caring for our mum, nana and great nanny. The funeral was perfect and was a very fitting tribute to a special lady who was so loved by us all.
