Thank you so much for organising everything for my Dad’s funeral. I really appreciate your care in looking after him all the time he was with you. It was lovely to see him in your Chapel of Rest. He looked totally at peace in his beautiful white gown. I must admit I was a little apprehensive before I saw him but to see him at peace, free from pain and sadness helped me get through what was always going to be an emotional day. And you were so kind. On the day Linda was excellent and she and her team handled the whole occasion perfectly. Everything was conducted with the utmost dignity and respect for my father, his journey and us as his family. Both you and Linda and her team delivered what I can only describe as OUTSTANDING service for which we are extremely grateful. Thank you for your kindness and support.

Dear Helen. Thank you so much. M’s funeral was undoubtedly an unforgettable experience. Many of us were close to M and she was clearly loved by many. The funeral was packed. It was incredibly uplifting. We didn’t feel sad. It was truly a celebration of M’s life. The turquoise blue coffin, covered with pictures from her life was outstanding. We unashamedly took pictures and instead of being put off by the coffin, many approached and walked around and laughed at the reminders of the places M had visited.
That evening we wondered what she would have thought of her own funeral and I know she would have been extremely touched by all the effort and hard work that went into it and overjoyed by the display of love for her at such a wonderful funeral.

Hello Helen, thank you for all your marvellous efforts and hard work. I am so impressed and relieved. Everything was fabulous and it was entirely down to you and your skills of organisation and administration and bringing everything together. I admire your attention to the smallest detail. You made a long and complicated funeral happen flawlessly. The hearse was wonderful, thank you so much. The caterers were amazing again thank you so much for suggesting them. And again thank you so much for helping in so many ways.

I just wanted to say we were delighted with everything. Thank you so much. Everything was wonderful especially Helen and Andrew and the team on the day. I can’t thank you enough. It was really special and you made a dreadful time a bit easier. It was really special and perfect. Thank you so very much.

Dear Helen, Thank you to you and your team for conducting Mum’s service in such a kind, considered, efficient and thoughtful manner. Both your prior organisation and your team on the day were excellent. The willow casked was beautiful and the floral display on top was wonderful. We could not have asked for better. Please pass on our thanks to all those concerned, your efforts are highly appreciated.

Flowers were amazing (bespoke golf tribute) we still have them on our garden patio, they were admired by many. Having a conductor who plays golf and a bearer who knew us made it all very personal for Dad.

All went very well, lovely service, professional team, Gentlemen and Conductor Darren very professional, excellent send off for Amanda. Faultless on behalf of Lodge Brothers from start to finish.
