We are very thankful to James and his team of gentlemen for their care on the day.  James was very considerate and they all stepped in to carry Mum.  We were delighted with the floral garland as it looked so pretty and feminine.  We also appreciate the care given by Melanie and Sheila whilst looking after Mum.  Our whole experience has been amazing and all the hard work and worry was taken away.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much for your wonderful, efficient and professional team and for the sincere care and compassion shown to me and my family at a very difficult time. As a resident of Byfleet village for at least 55 years, Mum knew and respected the Boutell family business and specifically requested you as her preferred funeral directors. I am more than happy to have been able to fulfil her wishes in this regard.

Dear Sophie & Sharon,
May I thank you both, and all the staff that helped so beautifully with my Mums funeral today. You have all been so kind and sensitive at such a painful time in my life. Everything was planned so well, the crematorium was conducted so professionally and the church service this afternoon was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have wanted a better send off for my wonderful Mum. I’d be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to all who helped. You all make such an amazing team.

On behalf of all of R******’s family and friends, I would like to thank Lodge and Boutell, but particularly and especially the kind, compassionate, friendly and extremely professional way in which Sophie Monatte coped with all the, sometimes unusual, situations to be decided upon by Nicholas and myself.

I just wanted to drop you and your team a note to say a big Thank you for everything you did to ensure the smooth running of my mothers’ service last week. I have to say, once again, I found any dealings with you all have been a pleasure. Nothing has been too much trouble and a particular thank you to you Sophie. You are an excellent ambassador for the company and I hope they know how good a job you do as the ‘face’ of Boutell.
Thank you also for getting the hair cuttings I requested and making the difficult process so much easier. Also to Xenos and his team; all very professional.

Dear Sophie,
Mum’s funeral service yesterday went very well and I would like to pass on our thanks to you and also Reg’s team. We appreciated Reg contacting us on the night before to introduce himself and re-assure us that everything was in place. On the day itself his team were excellent, acted with dignity and made sure that everything ran smoothly. It certainly gave us confidence and put us at ease. Reg also introduced me to the crematorium staff to arrange the collection of ashes so that I know what to do on Monday.

Dear Sophie,
May I thank you for taking so much time and consideration in helping us discuss funeral arrangements for the very sudden loss of my elder son, at the age of 52 years. You are a credit to Lodge & Boutell in the kind and thoughtful way you met and dealt with us.
