You went truly above and beyond expectations with your care and effort from the initial arrangement meeting, through to supporting L and the girls, when she visited P in the Chapel of Rest that evening.  I know she was apprehensive but you made things easier.  Your support for her, staying late after work and all round attention to detail throughout has taken away a lot of  pain at this difficult time.  On the day everything went extremely well and your men looked after us very well indeed. I would like to thank Lodge Brothers & Boutell so much for the flawless service you provided for G’s funeral on Tuesday. It was so sensitively and seamlessly managed to our great comfort; for G it was a most dignified and moving end to a marvellous life.
Thanks also to Darren, leader of your ‘gentlemen’, who gently guided us, with great respect, through the various stages of the occasion, marking it very personal to our needs. Your whole attention to detail was superb.

So thankful and grateful for such a harmonious arrangement.  From the moment Mum was collected by your caring men on that awful night, to walking into your branch for our arrangement appointment with you, at a very upsetting time, we have received excellent and harmonious service.  We saw Mum in Chapel and had nothing but care and support shown at this time and for what has been a truly sad time you have all made it a worry and trouble free experience.

I just wanted to record in writing how grateful we are to you for your excellent care, the rest of your team, Darren and all the other gents who supported us on Wednesday. The service and support from everyone was exceptional. On the day and I felt in the safest of hands throughout. Please accept our thanks and pass them on to the rest of the team.

On behalf of myself and our family I would like to say thank you to everyone involved with the care and the funeral service for my late Mother. From our first contact with Sharon and the lovely ladies Melanie and Sheila who took over, to our driver Mark & Kevan. Kevan phoned me the night before the funeral and put me completely at ease. On the day he was kind, caring and very supportive. The transferring of my Mum’s ashes to Hanworth Crematorium for scattering was also very helpful. Everyone we came into contact with was respectful, kind, caring and supportive.
