Hi Claire, the interment and placing of my Uncle’s memorial went as well as could be expected.　 The two Stonemasons did a wonderful job.　 They were there well before the prearranged time, were friendly and chatty and carried out their roles sympathetically and to a high standard.　 The memorial looks exactly as I had hoped and I find it very comforting that my Uncle  is still there to visit and he is just on the other side of the wall from his grandparents.  I should like to take this opportunity to thank you and everyone I have come into contact with from G Boutell in Byfleet for their courteous and helpful attitude to each and every one of my many questions over the past year.  Your help last July was invaluable when trying to arrange things from afar and no one could have possibly been more understanding at such a sad time.　 From our very first meeting, you made me feel like I was the only person who had ever lost someone special and you understood my wishes and how I felt. 　Thank you so much Claire.
