Thank you all for ensuring that such a moving event was made so dignified and easy to deal with. The initial arrangements were clearly explained to myself and my children. We had requested that we wanted to view my wife in the chapel of rest before the funeral. I was overwhelmed how beautifully and serenely presented my wife was, which was a far cry from the image I had of her at her passing. On the day of the funeral, the hearse and car for the family mourners arrived on time and one of the staff ensured that I had secured the house and had my keys ready for my return. The transfer to and from the Crematorium was dignified and very efficiently carried out. Well done to you all and very many thanks.

I just wanted to call and thank you (Annie) and Nicole for all the work that you put in, the service went off really well and about 150 attended, thank you also for getting the sheet music for us.  It was a very special day.
