Thank you and all at Lodge Brothers for your tremendous and unwavering help in arranging Mum’s funeral at Wisley.  From my initial telephone call to your office to the final draft of the Order of Service, I would not have coped without your advice and attention to detail.  On the day your very gracious conductor, Keith, made himself known to me and provided helpful advice and assistance which was reassuring. As was indeed similar help from one of the pall-bearers after the service, when I thought the church had been locked with my bag (with passports) inside.  He escorted me personally back to the church door which was thankfully still open and we retrieved same!  A truly personal service indeed.
If such events can be described as ‘beautiful’ then it was, and it has left us with serene and warm memories to treasure forever.  Please convey our grateful thanks to everyone concerned.  Best wishes to each and every one of you.

I just wanted to say just how wonderful you’ve all been. From the moment that your guys turned up after K passed away, you’ve all been absolutely amazing.  The day was very special and was everything that we had hoped for. You made us all feel like we were the only family going through this and helped us at every stage. When emotions were raw and we were all feeling lost, you have been wonderful. I can imagine no finer person to guide families through the whole process and you have been an unbelievable ambassador for your firm.
On behalf of the entire family, we are truly in your debt.

Your patience and empathy at this difficult time was exceptional on a heartfelt level.  I had a burden of responsibility to decide on the ideal and appropriate funeral, and you enabled ideas to be woven together. The flowers were beautiful and your ‘boys’ on the day with Keith were amazing.  It was a sad but beautifully memorable day.  Thank you all so much. I could not have done this without you.

What a wonderful job!  It was a fantastic relief that everything went off so well.  Although a very sad day it was so well organised, and the best funeral I have ever attended.  It was beautifully conducted by Darren and we all received excellent attention from your other men.  Melanie, you did everything possible for us and made it a joyful celebration of Joan’s life. Once again thank you so much,

Thank you kindly for your care arranging my father’s funeral.  When you said you would take the worry away you really did.  Your men were so professional and what was a sad day also resulted in a day to make my father proud and that our family enjoyed.  A great send off indeed.  His cap on display was a lovely suggestion, thank you Melanie, I would not have thought of that at all.  Thank you all again.

Lodge Brothers you have been incredible and I cannot praise you more highly.  Every single part of the arrangement and process was so professionally carried out.  Melanie, I cannot thank you enough, your extra thoughts and touches enhanced the day.  How kind that you thought about the yellow leaves as an addition to the remembrance rosemary baskets.  They looked superb, and those yellow ties!  Your men on the day were outstanding and made for a wonderful send off.  I had absolutely nothing to worry about.

I cannot thank you enough for the all round care and dependable competency you gave to our family at this difficult time.  From our very first meeting you showed genuine kindness to us all, and nothing was ever too much trouble, ever.  The effort you put in ensured, what could have been a very sombre event, resulted in an absolute celebration of a wonderful man.  I am truly thankful and grateful. Keith and his colleagues, on the day, continued the care further with absolute attention to detail, professionalism and respect until we said our goodbyes. Thank you all!
