I would like to thank Boutells because you are an excellent outfit and you did a great job of the funeral.  You conducted both of my parents funerals and now this one, which was quite complicated because cremated remains had to be interred in Ireland.  My own daughters know they must come to you when I die, because I wouldn’t want to be in anybody else’s care.  I was really pleased with every aspect of the service and can’t praise Boutells highly enough.  A very special thank you to Nicole.

Everything went even better than I thought, Linda was fantastic, she really was brilliant she was so lovely. Her and Judith (the people who normally remain detached) were like friends who were part of the service and everyone commented how lovely they both were. We were very pleased with everything and thank you for all of your help putting everything in to place and arranging Mum’s funeral Nicole. You have all been brilliant.
