We have been extremely impressed by the service from Boutells and the prompt resolution of any queries we had during the planning process. At Dad’s funeral yesterday I was really impressed by the personal service from your team that they knew our names and who was who and this made it feel very personal. The service they gave to us and my mother was immaculate, very discreet but always making sure we knew what was happening and where to go and taking care of everything in a very professional manner.
