Just to inform you that my sister & I visited Richmond Cemetery yesterday and were very pleased with the headstone you and your colleagues provided.
It is a true testament to your professionalism and craft that the headstone has been finished off so beautifully and I am very grateful that after such a long time we now have a fitting memorial to our lovely mum forever.
