I just wanted to say a big thank you for all you’ve done, all the arrangements, the music and all the other little bits and pieces that you’ve helped us so much with, you’ve been great. The funeral went really well and everyone I spoke to said what a great send-off we’d given dad. You made a horrible job so much easier and you even helped us have a few laughs along the way, dad would definitely approve. I must give a special mention to the Lodge Brothers team on the day; they were so lovely and kind and made sure that everything felt so calm, organised and relaxed. Please do pass on my thanks to them.

The men on the day of the funeral were excellent, so very caring and thoughtful. Kevin, the Conductor deserves a special mention as he was so lovely and really helped us through such a difficult day; he really is a credit to your company. All the Lodge Brothers staff have been so very nice, from the arrangement through to the day of the funeral; all I can say is thank you very much from all our family

Dear Tracy and Team, I write to thank you so much for the way my mum’s funeral was handled by you.
Everything was so easy, sensitive and calming – your office was like a port in a raging storm.
You are obviously a very warm and caring person, patient and kind. Dear Bernice, Just a quick note to say what a great business you are running.  The loss of our mother was made so much easier by everyone within Lodge Brothers.  Thanks for making the arrangements for us.　 Everything went very smoothly.　 The team that arrived at the Crematorium in the morning were all very kind, patient and professional and were an absolute credit to you.  The family would definitely use you again.

Thank you for holding a wonderful Memorial Service and inviting us to attend St John’s, Hillingdon on the 14th December 2014.  Lighting a candle was a lovely tribute to our loved ones.
