We would like to thank you all for your help, efficiency and utmost care in looking after our Dad. From our initial visit, phone calls, visiting the chapel of rest, recommending Martin and the service. Reg and his team were brilliant yesterday and the day passed as we hoped it would celebrating Dad’s life.

Thank you all so much. I’ve never arranged a funeral before and really didn’t know what to do; especially not being from England, I had no idea what was expected or if I was doing the right things. You’ve guided me and helped me with everything and I can’t thank you enough.

Excellent, really excellent, the day went very well and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the time we walked in to arrange things you’ve been really helpful and kind. It’s helped us get through a really tough time.

I just want to say a big thank you to you all, you made a sad occasion a lot easier for us. Thank you also for all the lovely special personal touches, it made it feel really special. We really appreciated all the help that you gave us. Your final flourish was the picture of a BMW motorbike printed on the envelope that held the floral tribute cards because you knew we rode BMW motorbikes. We feel you went above and beyond to make it all so special

Thank you for the lovely service that you provided for my mother. The cars, flowers, service and order of service leaflets were all wonderful. Thanks to Tracy for all her help in making this sad occasion so stress free. Also, I have to mention the music, which we didn’t even think was possible, you made it a more memorable day for us. It gave us laughter and tears.

Really so pleased with how everything went, it exceeded all our expectations, everyone was so impressed. Thank you so much.
