Your patience with myself and my “organization controls” was really appreciated and I would definitely recommend your service to those who are facing their fears.  Annie, you and Tessa were so supportive when I visited Mum in the Chapel of Rest, even if her “precious things” weren’t with her when she first arrived, bizarrely I would have normally broken down, but thank goodness Tessa was there and nipped straight out to sort everything out! Please pass on our sincere gratitude to Darren and his team for the day. Their professionalism, kindness and consideration made us all feel safe and as calm as possible.

E***’s funeral went very well, Keith and the crew were great and Keith was extremely loving and caring.  The (memorial) service at St Peter’s was attended by over 100 friends and family we were exhausted by the end of the reception.

We were very happy with the Cremation service and impressed by the care and attention of the Funeral Director (Keith,) who attended and managed the music and committal. We would all like to thank you for the kind and compassionate manner you showed to us throughout the process and, especially, for your help with the Coroner. You were very considerate, professional and efficient, which instilled a confidence in us that everything would go according to plan.
Your help with the transport was also much appreciated. You considered every detail of N***’s final farewell and helped us in every way you could. Following everything that had happened over those 3 months, we couldn’t have chosen a better Funeral Arranger.

I write to thank you and Lodge Brothers for assisting us in arranging and organising the funeral for my late father last week. Keith and his crew had been superb and understanding on the day, making the proceeding as smooth as possible. The co-ordinator Mr Lawrence Jacobs and the music by Helen Mountain were also very professional. Our family cannot thank you enough for your assistance in this sad occasion.
