When we visited Mum at the Chapel of Rest, albeit extremely emotional, she looked beautiful with her hair done and her make up and perfume on …. just how she always looked. Thank you, she looked lovely and peaceful.
Darren and his team were just brilliant. They were so respectful and charming throughout. It was a lovely touch to have Darren walk in front of Mum to the end of the road, this was so moving.
Being able to go to Mum’s nursing home gave all the staff there a moment to pay their respects. Over twenty of the team were outside! Brought a tear to my eye knowing how much they all loved her. Thank you.

Thank you for organising the send-off for Mum. Everything went very well in difficult circumstances. It was so difficult not been able to touch or hug our family at this time. The flower arrangement was lovely too and my daughter decided to take it home to remember her Grandma.

Thank you Susan, I’ve been meaning to write to you and say everything was perfect. It’s such a strange time at the moment but it was just right and we found comfort in how everything was organised so a huge thank you.

Just to say thank you to you and all at Lodge Brothers for organising a superb funeral service yesterday. It was all very professional and went like clockwork. There was a very friendly atmosphere and we all left feeling it was exactly what J would have wanted. David Netherwood was tremendous as was the piper, I also would thoroughly recommend the Cricketers.
