day or night
I would like to say how much I appreciated all the help you provided arranging my brother’s funeral.
Both Paul (Arranger) and Andrew Lodge (Conductor) were so thoughtful towards my family and myself both prior to and during the funeral. On the day, great kindness was shown towards my elderly mother, for which my sister and I are most grateful. It was helpful to have the flowers displayed in a place that my mother could easily access with her walking frame and it meant a lot to her to have the time to look at them and hear the messages read out to her.
Paul, Andrew and all your staff were so friendly and kind to us, but at the same time you ensured that the formalities of the funeral were dealt with in an unobtrusive way.
Thank you for recommending The Revd David Netherwood to us: he is a lovely man who conducted the service with warmth, good humour and dignity.
I want to thank everyone involved with my Late Brother’s funeral: it was such a beautiful and lovely service. Thank you Paul for all your help. Andrew Lodge is a very charming and lovely man. It all went well; everyone said that the coffin & flowers were wonderful and an excellent choice.
I felt that in the circumstances of my Late Father’s death it was necessary to add some further comments on the service provided by Paul (Funeral Arranger, Woking Branch). You see my Father passed away while on holiday and with the support of Paul I managed to organize the funeral while away from home. Paul offered my mother and me full support and advice. Basically he gently took me through the process of what needed organizing and I was able to contact him when required via my Blackberry. He assisted with our special requests in relation to a notice in the Irish Independent Newspaper. Though it may be deemed that this is Paul’s job and this is what you should expect from him I felt that he provided one to one service and went that one step further to ensure that everything went to plan for my Father’s funeral. The funeral was exactly what we wanted for my Father’s send off and the staff provided by Lodge Brothers, were brilliant. A special thank you to the funeral conductor, Andrew Lodge and the limousine driver, Tony.
I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of our family for all your help in the organising of my Father’s funeral.
It was extraordinary circumstances but with your help and wisdom you helped me achieve a fitting send off for my Father which was appreciated by the whole family.
So once again thank you for everything.
I particularly liked the manner of Paul in the Woking Office.
I wanted to thank you on behalf of myself and my whole family for your advice and help in arranging my late husband’s funeral. On the day of the funeral your staff were courteous and kind. Andrew Lodge was very kind and helpful: he made sure nothing went wrong. With your help everyone who was at the church service thought it went very well and really reflected who my husband was. I would not hesitate to recommend your services.
Very nice manner. Very helpful. Liked the idea of the story books about death (in the arranging room) for children.
I just wanted to write to express my sincere thanks for your hard work in arranging the funeral for my mother. The service went off without a hitch and the staff who attended the funeral were fantastic, especially your conductor, Linda. Please pass on my thanks to all of them as all of you have made a very difficult time that bit easier to bear.
Paul is a very nice man! He provided me with a large number of children’s bereavement story books.
Dear Paul, A letter doesn’t seem to say enough to thank you for all your help in arranging my son’s funeral, but I hope you know what an important part you played in making saying ‘goodbye’ bearable. Every detail was covered and he would have loved his send off. Thank you so much for making it a very special day.
