The day of the funeral could not have been better which made our sad loss bearable.  Thank you for the excellent service that we have received throughout.  Paul at the Woking Office was the most efficient and caring person out of all of the companies that we contacted.

Thank you for all the care and consideration you showed to my father over the past few weeks.  You (Paul) are clearly someone who likes to do a job well and you also get involved personally: I know that you made a terrible situation for Dad a little bit easier.  Mum would have researched her options very thoroughly before choosing Lodge Brothers for her prepaid funeral plan and I can completely see why she chose you.  Thank you again for all you kind attentions.

I thought that everything for my late wife’s funeral was wonderful.  Everyone present said how well the service had gone.

The crew and conductor (Mr Andrew Lodge) were flawless and very professional.  They were very efficient and very respectful.

On the day the weather was terrible and I really felt sorry for the conductor and gentlemen who paged (walked with) the hearse into the Crematorium although it was pouring with rain.

Everything about the funeral was marvellous and the minister (Revd Dr Malcolm Johnson) was fantastic and very kind.  A lot of people commented to me that the service was beautiful and they could not believe just how lovely it was.

I would like to thank Paul and Andrew Lodge very much for the kindness and care that you showed us during this difficult time. You made us feel at ease and confident that you were going to help us to organise a lovely ceremony and that’s exactly what we did.  We had so many compliments about the service so thank you for the part you played in this.

I wanted to write to thank you for all you have done for me and my family. You dealt with my late husband before his death most professionally and conducted all the arrangements for the funeral in a most sensitive way.  Everything has gone extremely smoothly in difficult circumstances thanks to you. We could not have wished for a better person to handle all our arrangements.

I would like to thank you and your colleagues for helping me and my family through a most difficult time this year.
