Thank you again very much indeed Paul for all your care, help and attention over the past fortnight.  My Late Mother’s funeral went as well as could be expected, and your team under Keith (our conductor) were very friendly, caring and kind.  Revd. Everything was fantastic, wonderful organisation. Thank you to everybody, I hadn’t met Andrew before and he was incredibly sensitive and sympathetic. Thank you all so much.

All went very well, was nice and low key, minister chap very good. We were very pleased.

Everything went very well on the day of the funeral.  We want to thank all of the Lodge staff for their sensitive and kind service.  All the gentlemen who attended my Mother’s Funeral were lovely and unobtrusive.  Paul’s gentle guiding hand in making the funeral arrangements made a very difficult and sad task bearable.

Every aspect of my Father’s Funeral went perfectly.  Paul’s attention to detail, suggestions and nice touches were wonderful.  The attention to all the details was amazing!  Keith (our conductor) and the gentlemen were wonderful: so kind and attentive.  The Revd Richard Hay was amazing: he took one of the most empathetic funeral services ever.  He delivered the service with great feeling and kindness.  I was quite overwhelmed with how well everything went.

All of the Lodge staff were wonderful.  The gentlemen were kind and attentive on the day; the older family members really appreciated the help that they were given.  We were very pleased with all the support we have received from Lodge Brothers especially from Paul in the Woking Office.  Keith (The Funeral Conductor) was very gracious and differential.  The Funeral Celebrant, Ms Lynn Kilbane, was brilliant and superb.  She gave the family very good guidance and only said things in the service that were agreed with the family in advance.

On behalf of my mother, sisters and myself can I thank all the members of staff who were involved with the funeral of my father for the empathy, caring and professionalism they showed.  At our time of loss, it was a great relief to be able to deal with people who knew exactly what to say and when.

I have just visited the churchyard to see my parents’ restored stone now that it is back in place.  I am delighted with the result please convey my thanks to those involved.

Everyone said what a nice funeral service Revd Dr Malcolm Johnson conducted: it was a very fitting send off for my wife. I want to thank Paul, Linda (The Conductor) and all the staff involved with my wife’s funeral.  It could not have been a better day and Lodge Brothers made it so.

Words cannot describe how good Revd Dr Malcolm Johnson was.  The whole service, from start to finish was beautiful:  It could not have been better.  Fantastic!  Thanks to everyone at Lodge Brother: everything was so well organised.  The flowers were beautiful too.
