First of all I’d like to thank you all for the wonderful service you provided for Mum’s funeral yesterday.  We felt completely secure in your guidance and support and we were very pleased with it all.  The Order of Service was just as we’d wanted, the casket looked beautiful and appropriate for Mum and your team of drivers and coffin bearers did an excellent job, being unobtrusive yet providing gentle guidance when we needed it.
