I just want to thank you very much for the care and attention you have given me and my family over the arrangement for my Mother’s funeral. It was very much appreciated and your kindness and help made it much easier to cope.  We were very comforted by the Revd Yvonne Murphy’s service.

Dear Paul, Thank you very much from all the family for all the help and advice you gave regarding the funeral.  You made the process very smooth and easy, so thank you for that.  Please pass on our thanks to Andrew Lodge who conducted the funeral and all the other Lodge staff who were very kind to us on the day of the funeral.

I wanted to write to thank you and all the staff at Lodge brothers for all your support and efficient service in the organisation and execution of my Mum’s funeral.  The funeral was brilliant and fabulous: it was exactly what I wanted.

Thank you very much for looking after Mum for us over the last couple of weeks.  It has obviously been a very tiring and emotional time but a great comfort and help to know that you (Beverley Lodge) and all the team were woking very hard on our behalf.  We appreciate that it is not the easiest of times to get things organised.  Please thank Paul, at your Woking Office, who has been very sensitive, caring and helpful in guiding us through.  I am sure Mum would have appreciated the care and consideration everyone gave in laying her to rest.  On behalf of the family, thank you very much.

You have got it so right!  Linda (our Funeral Conductor) was lovely: so nice.  She made contact as soon as we arrived at the Crematorium which was very important to us.  Everything went very well on the day of the funeral and we have been very well looked after by Paul and all the Lodge Brothers staff.  Thank you very much.

I want to thank you, Paul, for everything you did to help us through the harrowing time.  My Mother’s funeral was beautiful – small and intimate, just the way my Mum would have wanted it.  Mr Andrew Lodge was very kind to us and the pallbearers were lovely.  Thank you again.  I am sure my Mum is looking down and nodding in approval!

On the day of my father’s funeral the gentlemen were wonderful and so lovely.  Keith (the conductor) was so kind and supportive.  Everything was perfect: it was a perfect day.  All of the family were so happy that the funeral went well and was so lovely.  Revd Yvonne took the service with great sensitivity and feeling and was able to say everything that we were too upset to say.  We could not have wished for better send off for my father.

Thank you for providing a simple and loving funeral service, which said everything that we wanted it to say.  We could not have done it without Paul (The Funeral Arranger) who guided us through the arrangements and never rushed us.  Thank you so much.
