I wanted to thank you Paul for everything that you did for ****’s funeral.  You took some of the responsibility off our shoulders during a difficult time.  The Requiem Mass was wonderful.  Just what **** had wanted: he went out in style.

My Mother’s Funeral went smoothly and as well as we had hoped for.  Linda (conductor) and her team were kind, efficient and unobtrusive.  Considering it has been such a very sad time, I am surprised to find that I have come away with many positive memories and experiences.  This is due to the enormous help and support I had from my family and also to the very kind, thoughtful and willing help that we had from professionals such as yourself, Paul; also from Simon and Steve at RedEye Printing.  At a time in one’s life when one is feeling so vulnerable, it comes as a tremendous relief to find there are people who will gently ensure the proper procedures are followed and go the extra mile to ensure wishes are met.  Thank you to you and your team.

My husband’s funeral was the most marvellous day ever!  Everyone present said it was the best funeral that they had ever been to.  I know that Lodge Brothers and Paul (Funeral Arranger) took a big part in making it happen in just the way we planned.  On the day of the funeral Mr Andrew Lodge (conductor) and the gentlemen looked after me wonderfully well: there was always someone there to help me and everything was dealt with.  The people who wanted to carry the coffin into the Crematorium were so well looked after by your staff: they did a great job and it was so special.  I knew that I had made the right choice when I decided to use Lodge Brothers services and everyone at the funeral commented on the fantastic way everything was done.

Thank you so much for all your help and advice arranging my prepaid funeral plan.  I now have peace of mind knowing that when the time comes I will be well taken care of

We just wanted to say a sincere thank you for everything you did before and during the funeral of our Mum. Your deep respect, care and dignity at all times meant so much to us all.  Thank you so much.

Everything on the day of the funeral was perfect: the limousine driver, crew, Linda (our Funeral Conductor) and the minister, The Revd Malcolm Johnson.  We could not have wished for better day: it was a lovely send off for Mum.  Very well done to Paul and to everyone involved with the funeral.  The flowers we ordered from Lodge Brothers were superb.

I particularly liked the respectful and efficient service that we were given by all The Lodge Brothers’ staff.

Andrew Lodge led a great team from Lodge Brothers.  He choreographed the whole thing (a burial) perfectly.  Even the widower said that ‘it was a great day’. Andrew is very nice and he was a great support on the day. Paul made it easy for us so that the day was stress-free: Paul was our ‘organiser’.  He was the catalyst who brought everything and everyone together: the church, the churchyard, the minister and the printer for the service sheets.  Everything was fantastic.
