The day itself went very well, and although the service did over run a little, the attendant was very understanding, and nobody was rushed to leave which I appreciated.  I would like to thank Neil for being so kind, calm and understanding throughout, and I also wanted to pass on my Brother’s thanks to him, for being so patient, and staying late to wait for my Brother’s flight to arrive, thereby allowing him the opportunity to say his farewells to our Father in the Chapel of Rest.  I was thoroughly impressed with the service Lodge Brothers provided.  Thank you once again.

The men did a great job: they are really good and conducted themselves so well.  They were really good, smartly dressed and very reassuring.  They were all polite and so well mannered.
