Dear Susan, Just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and professionalism in organising my mum’s funeral.  Malcolm Cook was a great recommendation. He took the time to really listen to me about mum and also spoke to her best friend. He delivered a touching ceremony that really captured the essence of the woman she was and I could not have asked for a better service.

I am writing to thank you and express my appreciation for the kindness and consideration you offered me whilst I made the arrangements for the memorial for my son.  Susan and Paul in the Woking Office and the people in the Memorials Office have been so patient and understanding and made a difficult process as stress-free as it could be for myself and the family.  The memorial is just as I had hoped and the installation was carried out so carefully and respectfully.  Please accept my sincere thanks to yourselves and to your stonemasons.
