Dear Sirs
I would just like to thank you for the way you looked after us, and Dad, during this difficult time.
From the start you led me through the process. From collecting Dad from the hospital to me visiting him at the Chapel of Rest, I felt Dad was in safe hands.
The day itself went seamlessly. Dad was of an age that traditions matter so I really appreciated the way the funeral was conducted. You did Dad proud. From sourcing a darker shade of temporary cross, producing a chair for Mum to playing the music nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot pick out any one member of your team to praise. Susan, Monica, the pall bearers and drivers are all a credit to your firm. Andrew, you guided us through the process superbly and both my Mother and Aunt were extremely touched when you produced the box with the earth to throw onto Dad.
I won’t go on but suffice to say that I am both pleased and reassured that our other prepaid funeral plans are with yourselves.
Thank you seems inadequate but it is all I have.
