Once again I must thank Lodge Brothers, Jill, Quentin and the team for all their efforts to make my Father’s funeral as stress-free as possible.  We were well looked after not only before the funeral but at the funeral and afterwards.  The timings were perfect and Jill’s suggestion of the dove release was a very special moment at the end of the proceedings

Due to the high level of service and care we have received from Lodge Brothers in the arrangement of my late Wife’s funeral, I have left instructions that Lodge Brothers are to deal with my funeral when the time comes.  Not only did Jill visit my Wife before she died in our home to reassure her of her final wishes, she came to see me also afterwards to confirm everything and see how I was.  I am truly grateful for the support I have had which has made a very difficult time an occasion where I have been able to focus on the happy memories rather than be caught up with the anxiety of all the arrangements.

Dear Jill, I would also thank you for your help & support over the last few weeks, you have made a difficult event a lot easier to deal with. Also thanks to Bill & the guys who did a superb job on the day.  I’m sure you will all say that you were just doing your jobs but the way you do them makes a very big difference.  So on behalf of myself, my brother & our families, thank you.

I would like to thank you for the way in which you and your company dealt with the funeral for my father.  Everybody involved worked to make the whole process as easy as possible for the family and with dignity and patience that was most welcome.  Paul and the drivers/bearers were most respectful and considerate throughout and were great ambassadors for the company.
