Thank you for everything you did to make my aunt’s funeral on Tuesday such a fitting occasion. I really appreciated the trouble you took in matters such as the suggestion of John Quick to take the service and in ensuring that the flowers were in keeping with my aunt’s tastes. It was good to feel that I, as family representative, was being listened to and it was reassuring to be kept aware of the small details. We felt that the service was very appropriate, and my sisters wish me to add their thanks to mine.
