Dear Mrs Lodge,
We attended the wonderful Remembrance Service at St Mary’s Church Oatlands, last Sunday. We wanted to say a big thank you to all those involved for making it so special for us.
We lost my mother earlier this year and this will be our first Christmas without her but the service helped us all to fill that void and for that we are grateful to you all.

Dear Yvonne, My sister and I would like to thank you and the staff for looking after Mum.
Please thank the Pall bearers who carried Mum into the service with so much dignity. I know due to the nature of their work that they carry out this sad event daily, but they showed their professionalism and gave what we thought was a personal touch to this emotional service.
I would like to thank who was in charge and how he looked after me at the end of the service. Unfortunately I forgot his name, in which I am very sorry, due to the emotional time I was having. His calm and kind nature made me bear the loss of my Mother a bit easier and the service go so smoothly.
Also please thank Ann for letting me ‘bend’ her ear, which let me clear my thoughts and emotions so that I could face the sad event more composed.  Once again many thanks from both of us.

I would just like to say Thank You for all the help with the planning & decisions that had to be made for our Father’s funeral. The smooth running of all the arrangements and proceedings on the day of the funeral was a comfort to us. Even a call the day before (a Sunday) to see if we were OK or if there was anything that may have been worrying us.  We were also very pleased to have the services of The Celebrant, Mr Malcolm Cook who delivered a very personal reflection & service plan of our Father’s life reflecting our thoughts & wishes.

Although I called in some weeks ago to give my verbal thanks to Sharon and yourself, I wanted to write & properly thank you both for all the expert assistance you gave me with the funeral arrangements.
I was particularly impressed with the willingness to contact the various partners involved & bringing together all the necessary arrangements. It was very much appreciated and I am sorry that you have had to wait so long to receive my comments on paper! Also, I thought that Malcolm Cook & Cliff Butler did very well and I received a number of compliments on their respective contributions. Thank you for the list of Hospice donors.  So my thanks once again to everyone for their help at this difficult time.

Thank you so much for everything you did to make Mum’s day run so smoothly and professionally. We had no hesitation in using Lodge Brothers after the wonderful service we received in 2013 when our Dad sadly passed away. Mum’s day was no different from start to finish from such a caring, professional team of people at Lodge-Walton.
Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to Richard and his team who put us at ease as soon as we met and the instructions to the pallbearers was excellent.
