Dear Robert, I felt I needed to drop a note of heartfelt thanks to you for overseeing ******’s funeral.  Your ladies at Walton were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for me.  As for the day, you couldn’t have done more for myself and family. I know you didn’t find it easy under the circumstances, but I am so grateful you were there to give it a personal touch.  So from the bottom of my heart a huge thank you.

I would like to thank you for helping us to arrange my husband’s funeral / cremation and for caring for him during the intervening weeks.  The funeral went smoothly, thanks to you all and to Malcolm at the Crematorium.  The cars arrived promptly and the Hearse likewise, so the afternoon went well as planned, and the flowers were beautiful.

Please convey my thanks to all the staff at Lodge Brothers especially Reg Bye who was very attentive with a  reassuring attitude and a great help on the day.

On behalf of the ********** family we would like to say a huge thank you for all the practical and emotional support Lodge Bros gave us following the passing of our late Dad & Husband.

Dad’s passing at home quickly focused our minds on which funeral directors we should use and it was your informative and comforting website that made us contact Lodge Bros.

From the moment the phone was answered (24HR) we knew we were in safe hands. We would like to thank everyone who helped us through the arrangements with a special mention to the two gentlemen who came to our home to collect Dad, Ann in the Walton office and Bill on the day of Dad’s funeral.

During a time when our family felt lost & vunerable you all provided us with a feeling of security and the knowledge that you all really cared, we felt like we were part of one big family.

We can’t thank you and your staff enough for getting us through this difficult time, your employees are a real asset to Lodge Brothers. Thank you.

I am writing on behalf of my whole family to express our sincere thanks for the way in which every member of Lodge Brothers contributed to the organisation and delivery of my Mother’s funeral.

The staff at your offices; the behind the scenes staff who made Mum ready to be seen and the gentlemen who carried her to and from the venues and organised and assisted two sons to do their duty on the day, were without exception kind, appropriate, respectful and above all professional.

I appreciate that you may say you were “just doing your job” but I would be pleased if you could let everyone involved know that in my view you did it very well and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone else facing a similar sad event. Thank you.

We wanted to say thank you for the way all the arrangements were carried out & how cosy the premises were, we felt that we were being cuddled, it helped to make the whole process much easier, also what a wonderful man Bill was & what an asset to the company he is.

We just wanted to thank you for your help and kindness with the arrangements for our Mum and more recently our Dad’s funeral. Both days went smoothly and we are very grateful to all the staff involved, especially Ann for all her help.  Kind regards to you all.
