Your support, knowledge, kindness, professionalism and cups of tea were all gratefully received. You are all wonderful people and we truly appreciate having found you.

Everything went very well. Victoria was excellent on the day.

Dear Alistair, Just to say thank you so much for Wednesday. The celebrant Lum’Rhin did us proud. Our guests were very impressed and have said what a lovely service it was. On behalf of my 3 daughters and myself thank you once again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Brothers to other families should the occasion arise.

Alistair, I just wanted to thank you for the exceptional way you looked after me. The funeral went really well and I am so pleased you introduced me to the celebrant, Naomi Chapman, she was wonderful.

Our sincere thanks to you for your excellent organisation which meant a difficult day was carried out with the utmost efficiency. Our whole family are most grateful.
Also would you please thank your colleagues who looked after us so well yesterday. They really did a superb job and carried the coffin over a long distance because of the works at Hampton Court Palace.
I hope we don’t need your services again sometime soon but we will certainly recommend you to those who need your help.

A short note to say a big thank you to Lodge Brothers for Mum’s funeral arrangements and service.
From the outset Alistair had the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. A real pleasure to deal with during this sad time. He gave us a detailed run through of the service and the choices to be made, guiding us gently through the difficult decisions. If he wasn’t sure of the answer he’d check with head office and come back to us immediately. Nothing was too much trouble.
As for the service itself, Richard and the team were brilliant, again combining the perfect mix of professionalism and compassion. Warm and caring without austerity but with the perfect level of solemnity.
Having lived in Thames Ditton for 20 years, I was thrilled to engage the local family firm and support the village business community. I really believe the service we experienced was a step above our expectations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lodge Brothers to anyone losing a loved one.

I can’t tell you how much the family appreciate how much you and Robert have done for us. We have never experienced this with with Frederick Paine, who we used many years ago before Lodge Brothers arrived in the village. Now I would have no hesitation in recommending you.
My relatives from Cumbria thought the whole funeral was lovely. They told me that where they are, the deceased is always wheeled into the church on a sort trolly with the pall bearers walking alongside. Your gents carried Mum. They also said that, up there, nobody walks in front of the hearse, unlike Robert who led the procession. They thought this was beautiful and very respectful. They were very impressed with everything.
